By accessing or using Soloist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes.
Soloist is a freelance business management platform that provides invoicing, client management, time tracking, expense management, contract building, and related tools for freelancers and small businesses, primarily in Africa.
You must register for an account to use most features of Soloist. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed via Paystack (NGN) and Flutterwave (USD). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree not to use Soloist for any illegal purpose, to transmit spam or fraudulent content, to impersonate others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to violate any applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Soloist and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Soloist and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using Soloist (invoices, contracts, etc.).
Soloist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, unless you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that requires local courts.
